GTA 5 > Mods > Update > X64 > Dlcpacks

2. Add a line in Dlclist.xml at

GTA 5 > Mods > Update > update.rpf > common > data

Add "dlcpacks:eclipsespydertrg" without quotes and save.

3. Spawn Code -eclipsespydertrg
Use any trainer to spawn
